So it begins! The beginning of a project can be exciting and a bit scary. Once you have done your best to seek God's will for your project, you just have to step out and move forward humbly with faith keeping your eyes on the Lord.

Hebrews 11:6 says, But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

It's been a few years since we put together a major animation production so this week we are seeking out individuals and companies that can provide guidance and mentoring in all aspects of our production ranging from technical support to marketing and funding.

Foundations are important so when it comes to getting the script right you have to understand the structure of a film. Brannon and I are in week one of a 5-week Save the Cat online script structure course to make sure we start off on the right foot with our screenplay structure.

The story we are working is an adaptation of the 1812 Christian Classic Swiss Family Robinson by Johann David Wyss set in the distant future.

Animation software and game engine technology have merged and we have decided our animation process will use a state-of-the-art real-time game engine rendering approach to increase creative options and reduce costs. We plan on using Motion Capture for pre-vis and some character actions. Keyframe/Mocap hybrid animation for character performances. Lighting, cinematography, and rendering will be done in the Unreal Game Engine.

If you'd like to join us on this journey, as a creative contributor, supporter, or fan, drop us a line using our contact form and subscribe to our newsletter to keep up to date on the progress the production.
